Cheating - If outdoor below 44F and pipetemp below 32F with difference less than defrost threshold (2.0) and defrosting is not in progress -> keep cheating on and check every minute
Defrosting - If outdoor below 44F and pipetemp below 32F with difference greater than defrost threshold (2.0) or defrosting is in progress -> defrost cheating off for next 30 minutes -> defrosts - checks every 14 minutes
Note - Unit still defrosts pretty regularly (every 90 minutes or so) when the outside temp is really low but that is understandable.
